State of Kentucky

Elkhorn Association began on October 1, 1785, at Clear Creek Church, with six churches.

Salem Association began October 29, 1785, at Cox's Creek Church, with four churches.

South Kentucky Association began 1788. It dissolved in 1802 and reorganized in 1803.

North District Association began in 1803, when South Kentucky Association dissolved, and reorganized as South Kentucky, South District, and North District Associations.

South District Association began in 1803, when South Kentucky Association dissolved and reorganized as South Kentucky, South District, and North District Associations.

Tate's Creek Association began on November 23, 1793, at Marble Creek Church, with four churches.

Bracken Association began on May 28, 1799, at Bracken Church.

Green River Association was organized at Mt. Tabor Church, on June 18, 1800, with nine churches. It divided in 1831 over the issue of Campbellism. It rejected the mission system in 1840.

North Bend Association began in 1802.

Long Run Association began September 18, 1803, at Long Run Church, with 24 churches and 1,619 members.

Russell Creek Association began September 8, 1804.

Stockton Valley Association began in 1805.

Red River Association began in 1806 at Fort's Meeting House.

Licking Association began in 1809, as a result of a split in the Elkhorn Association.

Cumberland River Association began in 1809.

Gasper River Association began in 1812

Otter Creek began in 1839 with churches which withdrew from Goshen, Salem, and Long Run Associations.

Little River Association began in 1813.

Burning Spring Association began in 1813.

Franklin Association began in 1814

Powell's Valley Association began in 1817.

Goshen Association began in 1817.

Highland Association began in 1819.

Drake's Creek Association began in 1820.

Concord Association began in 1820.

Red Bird Association began in 1820.

Bethel Association began in 1824.

South Concord Association began in 1824.

Sulphur Fork Association began in 1826

Baptist Association began in 1826.

Barren River Association began in 1833 (as a two-seed body).

Bethlehem Association began in 1838.

Soldier Creek Association began in 1842.

Panther Creek Association began in 1843.

Mates Creek Association began in 1849.

Mt. Pleasant began in 1840 with five churches, as a result of a split in the Sulphur Fork Association.
