Illinois Primitive Baptist Association

The Illinois Primitive Baptist Association was informally organized in September 2014, by two small Primitive Baptist churches, with services being held at several additional places in various parts of Illinois and one place in Wisconsin. At the fourth annual session, the Association adopted a formal constitution, articles of faith, and rules of decorum.

The 5th annual session of the Illinois Primitive Baptist Association will be held with the Carthage Primitive Baptist Church, on August 31, and September 1 and 2, 2018. The meeting begins with supper at 5:30 p.m., Friday, August 31, 2018, and worship services at 7 p.m. Breakfast, dinner, and supper will be served at the church on Saturday, September 1, 2018. Services on Saturday at 10:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 7 p.m. On Sunday, September 2, 2018, breakfast and dinner will be served at the church, with worship services beginning at 10:00 a.m.

The fourth and fifth sessions of the Association convened with the Carthage Church, in September 2017 and September 2018.

The Third Annual Session was held at Crooked Creek Church, one mile south of Iola, Clay County, Illinois, on September 3 and 4, 2016.
