PLEASANT HILL (WARNER ROBINS)
Pleasant Hill Church was organized February 8, 1845, with eight charter members, viz., Stephen Castellow, George W. King, William King, Mary Castellow, Nancy Herrington, Marium King, Mary Ray, and Mary J. Smith. The presbytery was composed of Elders John W. Bassett and James G. Davis. Elder Stephen Castellow served as the first pastor. The five acres on which the church building sits, also includes a graveyard. Pastors of the church have included: Elders Stephen Castellow, James Davis, R. E. Story, J. W. Herring, A. A. Gassett, B. H. Pierson, T. J. Gardner, J. A. Monsees, J. W. Stanford, W. J. Green, J. R. Hunt, J. H. Daily, Joe Bryant, E. D. Bryant Sr., E. C. Watkins Sr., and Dennis Jones.
