CHURCHES:BLUE MOUND
Blue Mound Church, Lafontaine was organized in September 1873, with eight members, including Elder James T. Swinney, who served the church as pastor during its entire existence. During the time it existed about eighty members united with the church. In 1899 the church had 41 members.
