CHURCHES:MILL CREEK
Mill Creek Church was organized on June 7, 1890, at the Blocker school house, near Haddam, in Washington County. Elder James H. Ring, moderator, Elder James M. True, and Deacon A. Rector, clerk, formed the presbytery. After the organization was complete, Elder James H. Ring was chosen pastor, and Anderson Rector as clerk of the church. The next day, Jane Silver was received by letter and Daniel Silers came forward and was received for baptism.
